Phinista Coffee — Hits Different
Phinista Coffee hits different.
And once you taste it, you'll know why.
My name is Phin, and I grew up drinking Vietnamese coffee the right way — slow-dripped, bold, and strong enough to make you stop and appreciate the moment. It was part of every morning, every conversation, every memory worth keeping.
When I moved to the U.S., I kept searching for that same feeling. Cup after cup, something was always off. Too weak. Too generic. Like the soul had been filtered out somewhere along the way.
So I stopped searching and started building.
We didn't start Phinista to sell coffee.
We started it because nothing here tasted right.
Vietnamese coffee is supposed to be bold. Deep. Strong in a way that actually wakes you up. But most of what we found in the U.S. felt watered down — like it lost its identity somewhere along the way.
So we went back to where it's done right.
We worked with small farms in Vietnam where beans are handpicked, not mass-produced. Where quality matters more than speed. Where coffee still has character.
Then we brought it here — without changing what makes it special.
No shortcuts.
No watered-down blends.
No pretending.
Just real Vietnamese coffee — strong, smooth, and built to stand out.
This isn't your everyday coffee.
This is the kind that makes you pause after the first sip.
Phinista Coffee hits different.
